Unreachable Resource

After one of my starbases on an economic resource was destroyed, I couldn't build another starbase on that resource to replace it. I tried aproaching from several different angles and retarting GalCiv, nothing worked. It shows the resources as the destination, but when one square away the ship stops (still saying autopilot) even though it still has movement left. I can still move other places, though. I've got a save game file if you want it.
