Music Volume acting strange

If I load a game the music is first a a low volumen and short bevor the game loading is complet the music volume is going up

.

Similiar Strange is the bad Piping Music that play during the Planet Screen is much louder then the background music in the main screen.

My soundcard is a SB Live Value with the newest drivers!
