Influence level still not fix.

When you vote for some there is a influence indication the stronger the influence the more you can carry a vote.

There is still a bug printing the number on the vote screen

Example the numbers may be

2100 should be 12100
7890
2550
1230
1050

The most significant digit is not printed.

This one has been around for a while. It seems that if your influence point total is more than 4 digits then only the final 4 digits are actually displayed.
