i think it's unfair that some can have it now while others have to wait even though i have WB 4.6. Also the release date should have been more acurate for the world like:

Release 29 Nov USA, 30 Nov Aust etc. But not far to go though.

Downloaded WB5 tonight via stardock central and everything is working great. Man I really dig the alpha blending, that's a really nice feature. It's too bad that you didn't have any freebie WB5 suites to go along with the release date for us subscribers!
Oh well, I am certainly happy that I am a subscriber, good work stardock!

It is tomorrow today in Australia I have been using the betas and now have the functioning WB5 - I think - through Stardock download as a subscriber. I thought I was one of the old WB subscribers who had to pay for it. Working fine. What have I missed here?

As my son would say;"that's tight". Went to SDC and it unloaded WB4 with out a hitch and installed 5 the same way. I was a little gun shy on the beta's so I waited for the 1st public release and it was one of the smoothest upgrades I have done, even loaded my current skin automatically. Kudos to the team!

Amen! Went from 4.9 to 5.00.001 or whatever is latest via SDC, even ran 'upgrade', and it rocks! Fast. Clean. CPU use is a tad higher: 45% vs. 25%, but that might be the new video card... WB5 worked flawlessly right out of the box! Yowzah! What a nice b'day present for me
