You paid for the software not the themes. You are free to create your own themes!

In my household at least spoonfeeding stopped around age 3...

Oh, well...if the free themes are worth their price then it's actually 'satisfaction guaranteed'....as for the Product/program/s, well there is the commercial reality of "Caveat Emptor"....an informed decision to purchase is exactly that....'informed'.  If/when you are a victim of impulse-buying then there's not a lot you can do/expect.

 

If you persist with the product and seek assistance you 'might' revise your opinion that it's 'crap'.

But then it's a free world, full of free choices...and also with plenty of people who probably chose poorly...

How sad I have all of the stardock software and in my book "It is some of the Best In The World Today~!"
There is nothing easy in life and we are all sorry for those who feel differently.
I've always found it very hard to do anything while I'm mad - everything works better when you give it a chance and seek out the right answers to ever problem.
Hopefully you and others will find that answers are there and will help if you let them

Nothing wrong with the software.Must b something wrong with the customer.I have been using Stardock software for a couple of years and it's some of the easyest software to use.Maybe the unhappy customer should try things before they buy things..would save a lot of bother in the end.

Next time you buy something that you might want your money back if you don't like go to Walmart. They wont even ask questions.

Come on people, everyone has the right to their opinion and they also have the right to ask for a refund. Getting the refund is a completely different story though.
