Switching your government to Star Federation does not give you 60% economy boost over imperial

This problem had been reported in the Alpha and on build Beta 1E. The economicbenefits of a Star Federation do not appear when you switch to it (the production benefits do show up). The revenue from taxes drops to the same level as that you receive from an Imperial government. You do not get the 60% increase in income mentioned in the Documentation draft.
