Theme Manager/Logon

Please help,I'm using thememanager amongst other programs from our good friends at Stardock,but I'm having problems with logonstudio,when i install a suite, thememanager creates a file in the logon studio file called themes.not a problem i hear you ask, here's the problem logonstudio dosent recogonize the file and say's i've got no logons.If i take the files out of the theme folder it finds them no trouble but theme manager can't,you see my problem can anyone of you nice people help? or have i got to keep two of the same files on my pc, one in the theme file and one out in the main logonstudio file.

I have the same problem with Theme Manager,I just keep a LogOn file in my Dock so I can go to it when I want to change my Log On. But a fix for this would be nice. It used to work fine from Theme Manager but after an update (I can't remember when) it quit working for me....
