Multiple Docks

Is there something wrong with my eyes or is there really a way to get multiple docks running at the same time, the way I see in screenshots? I can't seem to find that option anywhere.

If you are referring to ObjectDock, then you will need ObjectDock Plus https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/

It will load with one tabbed, and one non-tabbed dock.

To add more docks, you can either right-click on the system tray icon and select "My Docks", or you can click on the "My Docks" button on the lower left of the "Dock Settings" dialog.

It should be clear from there how to add docks.
