Icon pref. feature from v.2 gone?

i have an old version of DesktopX (and other Stardock software) on my home computer, and there is a preference setting in DX to have the icons on your desktop 'zoom' when you mouse over them, AND (i think this is controlled by DX) files on your desktop such as images show up with a little preview of the image, instead of the icon for an image file. I have just downloaded DX 3 onto another machine to try it out, but i don't see that setting any longer. has it been pulled or placed inside another product?

You're talking about IconX, which 'was' part of DX, but is now a sperate program.

hmmm...maybe that's it. i dont see anything in iconX that allows for previewing images on the desktop, but maybe i just haven't searched hard enough yet. i am on the demo version, too...so maybe that is why i don't see it?
