Body of the brother was identified earlier today by the FBI. At least it was found in another state, which means he crossed state lines, which means all his charges are FEDERAL now as well. So, if the state torpedos a charge or two, the Feds can still put him to death.

My guess is it will never go to trial. I can't imagine what he would expect from it, other than prolonging the enevitable.

I don't think it will either. From what I've seen and read I get the impression that this guy was tired of life. Wouldn't surprise me at all if he pled guilty and took the consquences.

No, NO, we mustn't just shoot him and get it over with. You Americans like to do things the hard way. He needs a fair trial, a lengthy appeals process and then a few obligatory stays of execution first.

I guess the justice is in how many times he'll get raped in prison before he gets the deadly drip. Hopefully at least 1 more time than he did in his sick life.

Does anyone else wish Mrs. Duncan had of opted for abortion? Or at least Mr. Duncan had suffered a traumatic castration years before conceiving such a hideous beast?

It's not the face that is the problem, it is the deranged mind behind the face. He has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that he has no purpose in life other than to molest and kill children. The only thing left is to permanently end his ability to do so... drip... drip... drip.....
