Star Base prompt settings are not saved with a saved game.

The options from the option menu "Build Starbase Prompt" and "Starbase upgrade prompt" are not saved in the prefs.ini, and they are lost across a game save/restore.

Is this on your list? It has been happening on all builds since star bases were introduced through the current build (3b).
