The recent "hot topic" out there seems to be Paris Hilton's Carl's Jr. commercial.  In the commercial, Paris washes a car while wearing a swimsuit and eating a big hamburger.  Here is a link that I found.

I don't know if they'll play the commercial in this market.  In Minnesota we have Hardees instead of Carl's Jr.  (what the difference is: I do not know.)

There seems to be some sort of uproar over the sexuality of the ad.  I didn't find it to be all that racy, but I'd hope that TV stations would put off airing it until after 6PM.  It might be a bit too suggestive for kids. 

This whole thing seems to be a good move on Carl's part.  They're getting lots and lots of free pub over this ad.  Before I heard about all of this, I didn't know that Carl's/Hardees had a new spicy barbecue six-dollar hamburger.

Exactly! What does her dressed like that and washing a car have to do with eating a burger? I'm female I won't get it. Or maybe I get it only too well!

Be fair, she was washing the car with a hamburger in her hand (in some shots).

Someone from Carl's said that they're targeting hungry young males with this ad.

I got to go back and check
