Zoom to system with ship in orbit.

Umm...I didn't take the code out...compiling now to see if I have a problem with it...and I'm not having any problems. If it's the last one, people have reported having problems clicking on the last entry.

I wonder? I know I had trouble at first when it zoomed me to a ship in orbit that it could not put in the center of the screen. The times I have seen this is when the planet is in one of the edge sectors near the galaxy edge, hence it can not be placed in the center of the screen. At the time I just found it frustrating, then I got used to it. I should have just put my mind in gear and come up with this suggestion then.

Can you give us some sort of indicator where a selected ship is when it is in orbit? Maybe just flash the ship three or four times so we can see it momentarily?

OKay here is what I see call up thr list of ships.

The right side of the screen shows 6 ships, there is a scroll bar that is on the right side of the top 5 ships.

Click on any of the 5 ships and the main window jumps to the ship.

Click on the bottom ship nothing happens.

The sixth ship is hard to select because of the partial redesign of the list that was nessisary to impliment the planet list. You have a very small area that is usable right now just above the description of the ship.

The ship list delivered with Beta 2 was listed as "in transition", meaning they already know about a lot of the problems with it. They provided it in this state because of all the difficulties we testers were having without it.

On the last entry (I thought there were 7 - I will have to check again when I bring up the game) the hot spot for the last ship is right at or just under the line at the top of the entry. It is very narrow. You have to get the tip of the pointer right on or just below the line. It is difficult, but it works until Beta 3 comes out with the completed ship list.
