Help with icons

I was wondering how you change the look of your icons, for like my computer and all that stuff, like in some of the screen shots.. I have WB 4.5, installed new and updated skins, but the icons dont change.. I have new skins but am stuck with old icon schemes lol

Try Icon Packager, first install the program and then try the different themes available in the Icon Packager gallery....
