If I was to jump in the air, I would reach outer space... if I was still alive that is due to the fact that the air around the planet would have left.

Sound is defined as when a vibration enters the ear?


I would've said sound is defined as the vibration of air particles. If vibrating air particles hit a microphone which then records them, and are later replayed through a speaker that recreates the vibrations... what do you hear?

Sound is the vibration of air particles, not necessarily the action of those vibrations entering our ear... so it's there whether it enters our ear or not. (I guess??)

to the original comment, the earth could never be hollow due to gravity. The center of the earth is said to be formed from a great compression of particles, moreover when particles are compressed their energies are in essence combined due to molecular weights and solubility coefficients of the various particles. Therefore you have molecular particles with varying degrees of solubility coefficients combining, and when particles combine in huge masses there is an influx of energy needed, therefore the reaction is termed endothermic. It is taking in heat (which is energy) of the universe, therefore creating the known force called gravity. Now one would think that the gravity of each of our planets would be so great that the universe would soon collapse on itself, however the universe is expanding. This is due to anti-matter and dark energy, and the dark energy is said to be the exothermic half of the reactions that happens within the planets, our earth. Because for every endothermic reaction there is one exothermic, every up there is a down, every proton an electron, every up-quark a down-quark...therefore for the force gravity which pulls us towards the earth, there is a force that will also push termed dark matter, which again is caused by the earth's solidity.
