I need the update, can someone help?

First of all make sure you are entering the data in the right place.

Click tools->register products.

This opens a window where you register any Stardock products you own. The top set of tags let you change between types of products.

Click Games tag

You are now on the games registration window. The product combo box allows you to select the game you want to register.

Click the drop down arrow and change the game to Galciv (or whatever you bought)

You are now ready to enter your registration details on the window. Enter your name and surname, an email address associated with this registration and your registration code. The email address will be where they will send any future information (such as your registration number if you forget it). It's best NOT to forget this as it can be useful later on if any problems occur. Once all your details are entered click on the 'register' button.


Should this fail then try sending stardock an email explaining your problem.

They normally release the updates as stand alone upodates at a later stage, but you'll still need your registration key.

And last if you dont get an auto update just go to tools again and get the update that way.
