download manager problem

I'm trying to download the lightweight ninja shareware demo, but the download manager isn't letting me stop or start the download and my regular browser is doing the download. Am I missing something? And I'm not subscribed to drengin yet in case that means anything

Whoops seems that if I hit the download from the stardock browser it does stop and restart it.
