VERY BIG problem with LogonStudio

Hello,
I have a problem with Logon Studio.
I had already a few logons downloaded and succesfully installed, but now I wanted some new ones.
The problem is, LogonStudio doesnt show the Logons I download. I know how to load logons, so please dont give me answers like "rename zip into logonxp. file" or "read newbie thread".

I've tried everything:
-doubleclicking on logonxp. file
-renaming zip into logonxp. file
-creating a new folder in logonStudio a putting the logonxp. file into it
-uninstalling logonstudio, restarting pc and reinstalling logonstudio
-loading manually the logonxp file in logon studio
NOTHING helped me

When I doubleclick on the logonxp. file, then it shows the name of the logon "xxx" under "Current: xxx", but it doesnt appaer in the list below!

Can someone help me?
thx

Sorry if my english is bad, I'm german

Your English is really good.

Have you tried to change the *.logonXP file into a *.zip file. Then unzip this file and move the so obtained folder into your LogonStudio directory?

I noticed you said you moved the *.logonXP file into a specially named folder within your LogonStudio directory, but you didn't unzip it first. If you have a look at the folders within your LogonStudio directory, you will find that all the Logons are unzippped in there.

Wow, thank you!
I didn't really expect someone helping me. I thought I've done everything I could do, but what you suggested was the solution, thx very much
I still wonder why this isn't working the normal way, however, so it takes a little more time to get new logons

you're welcome, and I have no clue why this happens to some people. I can only tell you that you are not the only one

I tried to help someone with this problem before, but nothing we tried would fix it. The only way to get the logons to show up was to use the method aufisch suggested. It's a mystery.
