Litestep.net is temporarily down due to some server problems.
Go back a few days and find my thread "What happened to Litestep.net?"
Sryo posted a bit of an irc conversation with the LS.net guys.

although ls.net is down you can still get it from the "official" installer's site http://lsinstaller.loose-screws.com, and for litestep news go to ls-universe.info as tjesterb posted, or blizzle.com. the regional sites as www.litestep-france.net, lite-step.ru and lsd-trip.de are also still availible.
