MCP Not Found or wrong version

Good day everyone, makes a week now, when I load a desktop theme I get a pop up and this is what is says. MCP not found or wrong version, sytray support disable. I went to stardock and made sure I had that lastest version of desktop. There are no updates to be installed. I disinstalled Desktop and reinstalled it and I have the same proble. Can someone tell me, what did I do wrong or not see.......thanks....

Is MCP enabled in Stardock Central (Tools>Settings)?

Thanks Corky for replying. I have verified and Enable MCP Smart Startup and Enable MCP Notification area support, the both of them have checks in the squares. I am almost sure this all started after I update the new version of Stardock application in the beginning of the week. Everytime I load a them that has a system tray in it, I get this message, I click OK, the theme loads, but I will not have the system tray in the theme. If I use a theme that there is no system tray and you use the Windows task instead, everything is OK.

Yeah, there seems to be a few people seeing something like this.

I am not sure if it will help, but here is another thread involving MCP issues. Link

Good luck, and hopefully Stardock is aware of the issue and will correct ASAP.
