Sticky BootSkin Progress Bar!

My bootskin's progress bar keeps on sticking at the end, and some of them leave a trail of color behind them! Some of them look cool, but some of them look horrible >.< Anyone know how I can fix this problem? I'm using this ini maker, and when ive used that, thats when i ever get the problem... reply asap if you can!

only suggestions i can think of (i remember having this prob. but forgot exactly what was the prob), the progress bar needs to be a set size, and that the background where the progress bar shows, has to be black (otherwise itll smudge a black along)..

on the topic of boot skin, i downloaded the bootsking changer program
andchanged my boot skin, but when pc reloaded it came up with wanting to go in safe
mode, whats happening there

id say its 22x9...
..funny, cause one of my bootskins ive made has it at 23x9 (and it looks fine) :/

Citizen mrmiloman ...Due to odd BIOS's the Bootskin proggy won't work properly on all systems.  If one version doesn't work the only option is to try another and see if you have any more luck...
