Life Force Resource

Has anyone ever encountered this "Life Force Resource"? I've played quite a few games and have never seen it. I've even generated gigantic maps and used the clear fog cheat specifically to find it. And still, I have yet to see even one instance of this 'very very rare resource'. Finally, I went into the /Data file and checked the .resource document. "Life Force Resource" isn't even listed. Even if the creator never made one, is there a mod somewhere?

This was removed from the game in its early stages as it unbalanced the game, the player who had this resource had a huge advantage. Not sure in which version it was removed though.

It was removed pre-release. You won't be able to find it, and even if you could, the internal function in GalCiv to support it is gone.
