can't get updates! :(

OK I've tried every possible combo for the "1's" & "0's" tha I have for the Serial Number on the cd jewel case. None of them will allow me to D/L the updates. I've emailed the help group here, and a big supprise....I didn't get a whole lot of help. does any one know how I can get the updates? this is a bit fustrating!

yes, when I use that link for the downloads, it sends me to this site. Where I enter my email address & code, then it tells me my code is invalid. I just don't get it. The code worked for stardock. but it wont work here

I've got the same problem. I installed the game, entered the CD key on the back of my CD case, everything great.

I then tried to get the updates after installing Stardock. I try to register GalCiv and it says that my email address doesn't match that of their site. I quadruple checked the email, I registered the game manually on the site, I'm stuck....

Are you using the function within stardock central to register the game? I used that and had no problem.

Yes, infact I registered there first. Once I registered I went to the UPDATES page. That link sent me to this web site. Once I got to this site it asked me again for my CD jewel case S/N. after entering my email address & the S/N I used at stardock I got an error message that the S/N I was using was invalid. I wish the stardock site didn't link here. and the updates were easier to get. I've never ahd this kind of trouble before :(
