Problems using stardock to download GalvCiv updates

I have recently purchased GalCiv in the shops. I tried to sign up with stardock to download updates from there but i am finding it terribly frustrating. I keep getting problems signing in saying that there is an error with my email address that is feailing em to log in. Id like to start the whole process again and create a new account and sign in with new details when I have tried this it still comes up with the same problem even though I have quoted a new email address. I feel like I must be missing somthing, does anyone have any advice?

First thing install the game, second come here to this site, go to Metaverse in the top row and then go to register player and register your player, then download Stardock, when you get to this part let me know to give you the next steps.

He has stardock central installed and he would have had to setup a Stardock.net account to download it and post here. So he can obviously log into the forums here.

Not offense taken, just trying to help you all, I know how bussy you are. ;)

But I think that all can be resume to the fact that you quit eating chocolates, now you are experiencing chocolate withdraws...
