The Curse of being Michael Jackson

This will be brief, but I had to mention this. I heard on GMA (that's Good Morning America) that Michael Jackson is being sued again. This time by a family whose mother died the same day that Michael was treated for his flu/stomach virus.

Apparently, the woman had several heart attacks and was in a special room on respitory machines. Her family was with her, it was appartently touch and go where she was concerned. Then in comes Michael Jackson, the hospital room gets roped off, and emptied, I think they said, to prevent bystanders and gawkers. Thus the woman got moved to a different place with only manual equipment to assist her. She subsequently died.

So, the family is suing Michael Jackson and the hospital for their mom's death. Because they said, him being there added to the stress of her illness and caused her to die earlier than she should have.

All I can say is, poor Michael Jackson. That guy just doesn't get a break!

That's what I would think too. But nope, he's the main one being sued, and the hospital too.

Ridiculous. That's a bunch of lousy hospital staff if they behave like teen groupies.

The hospital isn't a multi-millionaire of international fame.  The attorney advising this family has obviously done what any good lititgation lawyer would do and has told his client that they need to go after the man with the money.  So, the co-respondent will be the hospital, but Jacko's the man with the cash so he's getting sued too.
