Missing DLL file.

Well i installed GalCiv right. But for some reason it is saying that i cannot run the game. it says i am missing a DLL file. But i cant seem to find it on the game disk to put it in the system ( file ) or ( system 32 ). Any suggestions on what i should do. I have a headace from this.lol ( been working on this for 2 hours ( and i have already uninstalled it and reinstalled it and nothing changed ) thanks anyone

Maybe you need to download DX9, but which file is the one missing. ;)
