Start up question

Okay this is a real newbe question. I am trying to load my game onto the computer and it is prompting me to get a Serial # from this web site before proceeding. I have created an account and searched all throughout this web site but I can't find where to get the serial number so I can start playing this game. Unfortunatly do to the holidays the technical support people are gone so I am in a bind. If anyone can please help,

If you bought the game in a store the serial number is on the back of the case. If you bought it online from Stardock they should have emailed you the serial number. If you lost the email go to this website http://www.stardock.com/support.asp and put in the email address you used to order and they'll send it to you again.
