Theme Manager - Visual Styles & Wallpaper

I read that Theme Manager supports applying msstyles, although I am assuming it does so through SKS/WB by converting it. Where on your PC do these msstyle files need to reside in order for Theme Manager to recognize their existance?

I have a feature request for the wallpaper portion of ThemeManager....to be able to set multiple directories where it looks for wallpaper. Thanks
