??? Real Time Income ???

Has anyone noticed that in 1.04 the Net income will actually increase or decrease during the turn. You can check the income at the start of the turn then check it before you hit the Turn button, and it will vary every time. Is this intentional. It was not that way before the patch. :notsure:
