Exceeding 100B people on a planet?

Is there any way to edit the configuration files to allow this? I've tried grepping through the install dir with various strings that I figured would match something, but, no soap.

I'm guessing it's hard coded. I'm not fanatical about the metaverse, but I think it probably should be. It would practically be a necessity for anyone trying to get a half decent score.
