What programs you guys use?

I was wondering what programs you guys use for designing 3D desktops?
For example, Videa's desktop: Link

Im planning to make my own desktops as well.
Or at least see how to make one.

And how long would such a desktop like above take to make?

A day? week? month?

for one it takes experiance to speed things up with the program you use and ive have only seen one person making a comment on skin studio he said 50 to 60 hours for the window blinds understanding photoshop or paint pro psp and depending on what you want in it an animations etc so if your new it could take a while you can ask this question on the wincustomise chat line and should get a immediate response i hope i help a littel but chatt line will really help

   Well all I really want to know is what 3D program many of you guys use to make desktops like videa's one.

   I dont want to make any window blind or any of that sort.

   I just want to make a 3D desktop like Videa's.
