One of them was involved in covering up crimes, arrogantly thought he WAS the law of the land, participated in moving criminals around the country, paid hush money to victims of his employees and the other fellow is going to jail for cheating on his taxes.

It's not alway the obvious ... is it? I suppose another difference could be that one of them wouldn't be caught dead in a Christian Church and the other is on his way to jail. They're both wearing glasses so I suppose their right-hands are equally developed.
