Who will win and why? Right now it's Atlanta 10 and Philadelphia 14.

I've always liked Donovan McNabb since he played at Syracuse. I hope he takes the Eagles to the big game.

And I'm from New England so my hopes are on the Patriots. I still can't believe what we accomplished last week against the Colts. When Manning played in Tennesee I was hoping we'd get him in the draft. Ah well! We can't have everything! Except maybe another championship!Heh!

The new Dynasty of the NFL ... The New England Patriots. Philly is good, but they finally got by the NFC Championship so they already won their big game. Sorry to all those great Eagles fans, but the Patriots Reign continues in Super Bowl 39.

Grew up in Atlanta. Love the Falcons, Braves, and even the lowly Hawks. The the Falcons didn't get it done today, we'll be back. And I do have to admit after watching the Pats today, I don't see the Eagles standing too much of a chance. But the Eagles Defense should keep it interesting.

I have never liked the New England Patriots. My loathing really started in 2000 when they beat the Rams in the Super Bowl. Has anything good every come out of New England? Ok, there was the Boston Tea Party - and I liked that short lived comedy "Wings" about a small airport on Nantucket. But I really don't like baked beans - so here's some cream pie in your eye.

Well, Einstein... if your gonna use a name like that at least get your facts straight. It was the 2001 season (actually Feb 2002) that the Pats beat the Rams. And lets see... what good ever came out of New England? How about the birth of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!???

kona, never say never. But I'll give it to you that probabilities are for you, but... one never knows for sure. Eagles have quite a defense, they can stop the Pat's offense, but will McNabb and Owens be up for the challenge against the Patriots excellent offense? We'll see in two weeks.

Doesn't say Owens may be out, it say Lewis (Chad Lewis), out.... Owens Uncertain!
and no where in the article does it suggest that he will not play, mainly says he is progressing (no one really knows, and no one will until game time....)

What does this thread have to do with the game and the crap your talking, every person in here just mentions the Eagles, and you got to trash their opinion.... all the media hype pretty much says the same thing, doesn't neccessarily mean thats what will happen (Remember all the media hype about Atlanta & DVD and if the Eagles were capable of stopping them) No offense yo Atlanta Fans, Just presenting a point....You know for a guy who doesn't like, or root for either one of these teams, you sure talk alot of junk, and then you don't even get the stuff right..... sounds like to me someones a little bitter what one team you say you root for is on the decline, and the other got so pathetic (2-14), that even there first round draft pic won't help them.... Guess Owens got out just in time (No matter what team he would of ended up with) , or is that it, you pissed cause Owens bailed, and it was the Eagles he ended up with, so thats the team your gonna talk crap about... Oh i guess the next thing will be Owens is a bunch of crap and not worth crap (well that would just justify my point), I'm pretty sure he wasn't crap (provided thats what will be heard next), when he was playing for your team. Come back when you got something to really talk about, and get your facts right, it will save yourself some imbaressment. You haven't heard me trashing the Pats, I am a Die-Hard Eagles Fan!! I have gone through all the trials just like everyome else over the years (over 35 to be exact), and thats the team i root for "DO or Die" but you have yet to hear me trash the Pats.... I was trashing the Eagles well before Owens left the 9ers. I do it every year. Nothing I say I'm embarassed about. I just don't like them.
