Bug?: Fleets lose orders enroute to rally point

I have noticed in my last 3 games (all ver 1.10A.073) that if I order a fleet to move to a rally point that it get's lost (termination point moves) or the orders get dropped (the fleet stops midway and I have to reissue)

Single ships work fine, this only happens with fleets

Has anybody else noticed this?
