Will i be able to buy this game in the shops where i live?

I went looking for Gal civs today, where i live in the UAE, located in the middle east i was wondering whether i would be able to buy a copy here in the future, will it be available where i live? or will i have to wait for a realtionship to bring it from my home country of england.
