How do I install a Clock?

I am making a theme kinda like the pic of the day one they had, but i found a clock I like and I have no clue how to install it? Can anyone help me?

There are BeatNik clocks, DesktopX clocks, SysMetrix clocks, ObjectDock clocks........ which clock do you want to use?

personally, i've d/l a beatnik clock, i assume that there must be a seperate program needed to utilize this clock.
