How do I get rid of this theme thing. Its a halloween one that makes the desktop halloween, the internet browser, the start bar, and everything! I got rid of the desktop but I can't seem to get rid of the halloween start bar and browsers. I've tried everything I know, please help.

Right click in an empty space on your desktop, from the drop-down menu choose Properties and then choose Appearence. In the box where it says Windows and Buttons, choose Windows Classic Style or Windows XP Style. Post a comment here again if that doesn't fix your problem and try to give as much information as possible on how you got the theme in the first place.

I have no idea, I just know its a Halloween desktop that affects the taskbar and browsers

If it is the halloween desktop 2.0 from downloads .com then there should be an uninstaller with it. Look in Add/remove programs for the uninstaller.
