I have no idea

I just know SkinStudio allows me to export the Toolbars and Progress Animations from my WindowBlinds skins. If you've downloaded my WindowBlinds skins then you already have the Toolbars and Progress Animations. Otherwise I'd guess that if you used the WindowBlinds Configuration window you could use the 'Install skin from disk' feature to install them?

Sorry I'm not certain.....

You install toolbar icons, and progress animations by double clicking the files. You'll then have access to them via WB Config.
