Well in 2 they state that Jameson's son has just GOT BACK from outer space, and that's when venom shows up in the cartoons. I think that the fight with venom and spiderman should be the theme of #3, and then during that you see a slow but sure transition of harry into the Hob Goblin, but isn't the hob goblin a different person, I thought that Harry took his dad's place as the green goblin? And I personally think they should try to cast Brock Lesnar as Eddie Brock, which is the person venom chooses in the cartoons. Because Eddie Brock is supposed to be this big muscular beast and that's Brock Lesnar. I'm also guessing that we will soon see Felicia a.k.a the Black Cat. I'm looking forward to the multiple venoms myself. And I'd love to see Morbius. They should also cast the Rock as Rhyno. That's just some of my thoughts on this subject.

I hope they don't mess up the story of Spiderman too much. Venom was first attracted to Spiderman. And this seems normal because they are so much alike. But, Spiderman rejected him I don't remember why, I think it was because he was too controlling, like women.

To me, Venom has always been Spidermans alter ego. Venom is much too strong for Spiderman. If Spiderman can defeat Venom, I'd like to see it. Not that I would believe it. I think there is another version of Venom too. I just can't remember exactly what it was or how it came to be.

Venom didn't go to Jameson's son, Venom went to Eddie Brock, just to clarify, The other version was the red one, and it came about when Morbius, the head of fire stuck in an alternate dimension, needed lackies. I think that's how it went, if I have it wrong someone correct me.

If I remember correctly, there was a mini-series of comics called Secret Wars. Kind of a cross-over of all Marvel characters. Anyway, Peter Parker finds the black goo and it becomes his new Spidey suit. But the public hated it so much, they brought back the old suit, gave the new suit a brain, and made it a bad guy.
