Here at WC, I think it's important (especially with the new more "community oriented" site interface coming soon) that we all get to know each other a little better. I know a few names around here, mostly the Admins and big contributors, but that only makes up about .05% or so of the members...so I'll start.

I'm Brad, although most of my friends on the net call me Shame or Shameless. I'm currently living in Southwest Pennsylvania, which is my 24th residence (6 mos. or more). I will turn 18 again (3rd time) in about 10 years, and I have no clue where I'll be living then, but I probably still won't be grown up.

Yeah, i know. I'm going back to Florida in about 10 days and i have got a few days where i am going to have a look at the property market around Cocoa Beach and that sort of area. I am just dipping my toe into the market and then i have go back to sea for 3 months or so and then hopefully when i return i can tie something up
