The issue with the Start11 shortcut key

Windows Version Number: e.g. Windows11 26H2 26300.9711
App Version: e.g. 2.8.1

When using the AI voice input method, if the shortcut key includes the Win key, the Start11 start menu will be mistakenly triggered and pop up. This issue has existed in the past three versions and greatly affects usage. Is it a problem with keyboard hooks? We need to improve and fix the problem quickly

Using the Ctrl+Win key is highly likely to trigger the Start menu to pop up. The same goes for the Alt+Win key. This Bug exists in any shortcut key combination that includes the Win key. This issue has been present in several recent version updates and is very serious

Hi Colinsun,

Thanks for the report.  I tested Ctrl+Win and Alt+Win with Start11 and with the standard Windows Start menu (after disabling Start11), and neither opens the Start menu when pressed on its own.  So it may depend on how your voice input app handles hotkeys.

To help narrow it down:  In Start11, turn off the Start menu (top of the Start Menu tab), then use your voice input hotkey as normal.

1. Does the Windows Start menu open instead, the same as it did when using Start11?

2. Which voice input app are you using?
