I have a strange anomaly that occurs with fences; it happened with the older Fences 4.0, but I recently upgraded to a yearly subscription. Current version I have is 6.46.
Sometimes I have files on my desktop. This is much less and less lately because of Fences. However, occasionally, an icon within my fences gets renamed a file that also exists on my desktop. So for instance, on my desktop I have a folder that I created a couple of days ago called "DM Migrate over" for a personal project.
But now I go into my progress fences, and one of my icons that runs a database program also has that same name.
This happens often enough to be a nuisance. Are you aware of such a problem and are there any solutions? God Bless - Peter Markavage
