WindowFX Services causes unkillable ghost window in Win11

Past few days I've been having no luck figuring out what this unclickable, unkillable empty window was on my Win11 desktop that was never there before. Turns out the culprit is the WindowsFX Service exe. I can either have wobbly windows/animations, or I can have no black rectangle blocking a chunk of my desktop.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can't reproduce your issue on my system. Need to know few things.

  1. Windows 11 full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Do you have any animated wallpaper managers running in the background?
  3. Do you have any other application that also control how your desktop and explorer work?
