Fixed a crash triggered by if a quest has a capital city as a destination and the player has no cities

Dynasties
Added in the new dynasty system that can accessed through the new dynasty button on the main game screen
Players can start to marry when they reach at least 10 fame
Players will receive a notification on the Dynasty button if they can marry someone
Marriage candidates will gradually show up over the course of the game
Odds of a child per turn is about 5% and goes down over time. It is, however greatly increased if your character and your spouse are in the same city
Babies will age to be a champion after 64 seasons
Children will inherit the average of their parents' unit stats + a random buff improvement
Higher quality candidates are given additional abilities
Late game techs can now add essence
Champions, Children, Spouses, etc. can die. Each time they get an injury there is a small but growing chance that it will cause their death
Gameplay
AI
AI players now intelligently craft items
AI players now will equip their normal units with items
AI crafting is now skill based on difficulty level
AI players more aggressive about clearing out monster lairs
AI is a lot pickier about where to found cities now that it costs essence to found them
Cities
Founding Cities costs 1 essence
Disabled City Sheild
Champions & Recruitment
Stationed Champions get 1 XP per turn
Champions that buff cities now have these as explicitly character abilities that can be easily viewed
Fame to recruit champions increased
First volunteer champion doesn't show up until players have 25 fame
Player made characters can now be made into opponents for future games
Starting armor that players can pick when they create a character are available at level 1
Fixed issues where Magar the champion mentioned he used a hammer but did not have the correct weapon
Henchmen are more expensive to maintain; it is now 1.7 wages to 3.0
New sovereign ability - Inner Radiance, gives +1 essence when learned
Game Settings & Systems
Max game length has been increased from 800 turns to 2000 turns
Endar Race has been removed for now
Abilities always cost at least 1 pick
Monster Lairs & Monsters
Monster lairs get even tougher as they level up
Based on map size, Monster lairs will slowly respawn in deserted areas over the course of the game
Added in a system to access the game map and gradually updates what kinds of lairs will show up and where
Additional monsters added
Iron Golem is tougher
Lots of new monster lairs brought back from War of Magic and pre-War of Magic release
Monsters get faster as they level up
Titans, if they appear are much more dangerous
Monsters that are guarding a lair near a city have a tiny chance of moving to attack nearby cities
Monsters who have lost their lairs to player’s who have claimed the goodie hut without killing the monsters now have a much higher chance of attacking that city
Quests & Goodie Huts
Treasure chest goodie huts no long spawn monsters
Fixed for missing chain armor treasure in one of the goodie huts
Removed the old system where players had to have a certain level in order to interact with some goodiehut and quests
Fixes to some quest items
Fixed a quest where an Ex-Swindler appears incorrectly as a pioneer
Most quests will give players at least 1 fame
Spells & Magic Items
Lower land spell and scroll will now work on mountain sides
Mana potions will now correctly provide mana to the global mana pool
Scroll of essence removed
Terrain spells with a radius now only affect tiles with the same terrain as the target tile
Fixed an issue if a player runs out of mana and it dispels enchantments; it dispels enchantments that have 0 upkeep cost
Tactical Battles
Fixed the issue with WASD controls in tactical battles stalling then moving
Fixed issues where sometimes in tactical battles there are dead zones where players cannot click the screen

Fixed missing fonts on Windows 11 machines
Fixed the Lost Knight Quest having a character with 2 different names causing confusion

Research per turn on the resource bar now has a breakdown of the sources of research in the tooltip
