transparent bmp in 'borders'

I'm trying to make window border transparent (skin studio -> windowblinds). I'm using 255,0,255 + 'Trans=1' and 'UseTrans=1' in te borders' section.
And here's a problem - I've error saying that this attribute will be ignored.. And of course in Windows I see pink.
So what, I can't use transparency in borders? But in default top corners have pink color and they ARE transparent.

How can I do that?

You should be able to use transparency in them. I have a little in mine. Have you tried making the border bitmap completely that colour except for one pixel? That may show wether completely transparent borders are possible.

The borders in uis1 are controlled by a seperate image for transparency. For uis2 make sure you have transparency enabled and translucency disabled
