Small Start Menu

Small Start Menu Items

Hello, where do I find the setting to make all my start menu items in the Small Icons / Words? I was able to find the Small Icons option for the System Tray Icons, but not the Start Menu Icons (see the attached images) Win 10 has the small Icons and Win 11 has the large Icons.
