I'm just grateful!

This may sound sappy, but I'm just very grateful that we have this site. I just submitted a wallpaper/photograph for the first time. I have no real notion or hope that it will be accepted, but to even be considered is an honor for a guy like me. At a time in my life where trying new things is vital to me, I've discovered a true love of digital photography. If my photo ends up here alongside the work of so many talented people, I'll be tickled pink. If not, I will try harder but I won't be bitter.

As I just posted in the comments for your wallpaper, songman, this picture looks kind of like my kitty...mine is a Turkish Van, so she's more white than anything else. But they still look like they could be related!

And congratulations on your year of sobriety!!! Definitely a milestone to be proud of!!!
