It means that you have decided, for whatever reason, to make this a public expose of your work. You should have e-mailed an admin. As such, we like to sit back, eat popcorn and enjoy the show produced by those that choose to take this route...

This was my first upload. If there was nudity or something bad on it I could understand. But if they just don't like it then they should still let it through and let the public decide. I'll keep trying but I just don't see why they would turn it down.

More than likely the passe text.

It seems people are intent on attracting download popularity by branding a wall with 'XP blah-blah Edition'....still....after all these years that the XP OS was the flavour of the month....

You'd be better off emailing a mod (see the "about" section on the left hand side of the page). This is the recomended approach since the opening of this sort of discussion in a public forum invites comments, judgments, etc from the membership at large that you may not appreciate. A glance at similar threads here by other wall submitters will show what I mean.

Thanks Bones. That link helped out. XP themes have to be godly to make it through. I'll keep trying. Maybe leave XP themes to adni18... Thanks again.

A couple of other reasons....

Bit distracting as a wall as it's quite 'prominent' [the graphics]

Overblown 'white' flaring gives the impression the gamma setting is screwy....and again does little for the image's success.

Everyone is guilty of attempting the 'XP-branding-popularity' style.....doesn't matter who does it, it's usually pretty ordinary.

Some members can upload without moderation so you will find the odd 'XP-is-Kewl' wall or three already.

Bandwidth is not unlimited or free, this isn't primarily a wall site and it is a moderated site. Since it is moderated that means not every wall submitted goes through. Actually so many walls are submitted, not many of them go through.

Or to be really rude and evil, there could be a sticky thread with just a link inside and when clicked you hear the song "..you're no good, you're no good, you're no good, baby you're noooo good!"

(This response illustrates one of the many reasons I don't have a job working with the public. )
