Can't create or resize my fences.

I have a new Windows 11 Surface with Object Desktop. i downloaded and installed Fences 5 and seems I can't create, move or create new fences.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Did you ever have previous version of Fences install in this system? Fences 4 or 3?

Also need few more details.

  1. Windows 11 full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
  2. Installed Fences 5 full version number.
  3. System Processor spec. Intel/AMD or Sanpdragon/ARM base

Hi aurelieb, might you be able to send us a debug log? You can find it in the Troubleshooting area of the About tab. 

(1) Enable Advanced Logging

(2) Reboot, reproduce the issue

(3) Select create error report and follow the instructions on screen.
