Start11 Taskbar Issue

Unable to unpin an icon from Taskbar

Having cleaned up my Windows 11 Pro desktop taskbar in Start11 I have an icon I cannot unpin/remove or even identify?    Taskbar issue

Would appreciate advice on removing it, thank you, Chris

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Start11 full version number.
